How we approach reproduction
Each reproduction begins with careful identification of materials and the sequence of operations needed to re-create the part near-indistinguishably from the original. We study surviving examples, period tooling marks, and factory drawings where available.
Improving weak points — without losing authenticity
Experience has taught us that every car has components that fail under normal use. Where authenticity allows, we improve these weak points with modern-spec equivalents (current-production bearings, upgraded sealants) while preserving original appearance. Reconditioned engines with specialist-reproduced parts routinely cover 100,000 km in regular use.
What we reproduce
- Aesthetic trim, emblems, and ornaments
- Body panels — full or partial
- Soft-tops for convertibles and roadsters
- Gaskets and seals in non-standard dimensions
- Weak-point components (bearings, bushings, linkages)
- Interior trim and small hardware
- Chrome ornaments (polished, re-chromed, or reproduced)
