What this site is
This site is an information and enquiry platform for Oldtimer Studio, a Romanian classical-car restoration workshop. It also lists parts from our inventory for enquiry; online purchase is not currently enabled.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting the contact form or a part enquiry does not create a contract with us. A binding restoration or sale agreement is only formed when both parties sign a written contract at the workshop.
Our content
Text, photography, logos, and other content on this site are either owned by Oldtimer Studio or used with permission. You may view and share links to this content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, or scrape the site at scale without written consent.
Your content
If you send us photographs or documents with an enquiry, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and use them solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and (if we work together) executing the project. We will not publish them publicly without your permission.
Prices and availability
Part descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith but may contain errors. Pricing, where shown, is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Availability is subject to change without notice — parts are physical inventory held at our workshop.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Romanian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ilfov County, Romania.
